In an Instagram post on Thursday, Annie Idibia, the estranged wife of music icon Innocent Idibia, also known as 2Baba, thanked her fans.
Annie reappeared on social media on Thursday, over two months after 2Baba made their split public.
Annie, who kept her husband’s name in her Instagram bio, thanked her family, friends, and followers for their support in her first post after returning.
Idibia was conspicuously absent as she signed off with her full name, Annie Uwana Macaulay.
“To my family, to my friends who helped me, to my current network of support, to all of my wonderful family here and around the world,” she wrote. May you be blessed with the abundance of love. When the singer made their split public in January 2025, her marriage to 2Baba—with whom she has two children—came to an end.
