The sensation of Afrobeats Asake, whose real name is Ahmed Ololade, has reconciled with his father, Fatai Odunsi, who is ill, and pledged to buy him a home and pay for his medical bills.

Odunsi confirmed that his son had contacted him after a recent public dispute between them in a new video that was made public online, according to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).

In a widely shared video, the ill Odunsi claimed that Asake had abandoned him since his health began to deteriorate in 2022 and that he had not provided financial support despite the singer’s fame and wealth.
The crooner of “Lonely at the Top,” however, quickly responded to the accusation by singing in Yoruba and posting a mysterious message on social media.

“It is impossible to please everyone and the world,” he stated. Just do whatever you are doing for God, though.

I have given a lot of money to my own father, who is trying to persuade me. They want to wear me out since I have suffered for so long.
On social media, however, the accusation created a stir, with many fans and internet users showing support for the father and others siding with the artist.

As the father and son’s machinations persisted, Asake’s extended family stepped in and urged him to save his father by buying him a home and offering him medical assistance.

However, Odunsi stated in a video that was made public on Sunday night that his son had contacted him and pledged to help.

He claims that Asake has promised to pay for his medical bills and buy him a new home.
Odunsi, who was speaking in Yoruba, shouted out Asake because it had been a while since he had seen him and showered him with prayers.

He further disclosed that Asake had given real estate brokers instructions to locate him a new residence.

“His mother should ask him when he last saw me,” he remarked. I was upset by that, but we have resolved every issue.

“We have stopped fighting. Asake promised to fulfill all of my requests. No more issues; we have reached a settlement.

He is currently searching for a new home to purchase for me. Everything has been resolved by him.

Additionally, Odunsi affirmed that the artist has consented to assume complete parental responsibility for Zeenat, his 11-year-old daughter.

“He has always accepted full responsibility for his child, but he has now pledged to do so.”

He added that Asake had provided him all the money he needed for his therapy, therefore he would be visiting the hospital the next day.
